A few easy answers for getting fresh coffee from our roastery to your mug.

When will my coffee arrive?

We roast and pack orders within 1–2 business days. Once your bag is on the road, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking when it ships so you can follow it home.

What is your return policy?

If something isn’t right with your order, reach out within 30 days of delivery. We’ll take a look and help make it right with a replacement, refund, or next best step.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is not available just yet. We currently ship within the United States, and we’re grateful to have you in our corner while Emberlot grows.
